Golf is the game of business. More deals are closed in a golf course club house or through the relationships cultivated while playing golf than with any other endeavor.

Many a good golf swing has been ruined by over emphasizing a golf tip from a golf magazine or a golf book. Golfers read what seems like a great tip, and it might be, but for another golf swing rather than yours.

College Golf? This One Was a Little Disappointing. Posted By : Bobby Lopez, PGA

I have to admit I attended my very first collegiate golf tournament at King's Mill yesterday. I can certainly stand by my statement that kids that play golf are better kids. I did not see one participant throw their golf clubs, (all though I saw some shots that warranted a temper tantrum or two) and when spoken to they were very polite and just all around good kids.

I started playing golf as a way to entertain clients and socialize with my business vendors. If you have decided to take up golf as a hobby you will be rewarded with the benefits of fresh air, exercise, and the addition of many new friends and acquaintances. You will also be humbled by the process of learning HOW to golf. Like any project you approach in life your attitude and expectations will determine your enjoyment of the game.

Luke Donald - The Next Big Thing? Posted By : Chris Mills

Much has been talked about Luke Donald's potential. After a brilliant amateur career he turned professional in 2001 and quickly adapted to life on tour. Even though Donald chose to play on the US PGA Tour, English golf fans soon identified Donald as one of their great hopes. He has subsequently coped well with this expectation, although as yet he has not taken the golf world by storm. However, there is every reason to suspect that Donald is on the verge of greatness. And here's why.
